Nutrition targets that support your training

  • Calculated, not guessed
  • Respects your diet and allergies
  • No food diary required

What you get

Clear targets and practical suggestions

Daily targets

Calories, protein, fat, carbs, fibre and water – with an explanation of where the numbers come from.

The right direction

Lean bulk, recomposition or fat loss, based on your goal and waist-to-height ratio. You can override it.

Meal suggestions

3–5 meals from your cuisine and diet. The day’s totals hit your targets, and the server checks them.

Swap a meal

“Give me another breakfast” – the day’s totals stay the same.

Weekly adjustment

From your body-weight trend, SimuFit suggests whether to adjust energy.

Honest supplements

Evidence-based only: creatine, whey/casein, caffeine, vitamin D, omega-3 and citrulline. Never drugs, SARMs or “fat burners”.

The maths

Numbers come from rules, not from AI

Targets are calculated deterministically: resting metabolism, activity, goal and protein relative to body weight. The same profile always gives the same numbers. AI is used only for meal suggestions – and even their totals are checked.

  • Protein about 1.8–2.2 g per kg
  • Meals within ±5% of the calorie target
  • An explanation for every number

Your kitchen

Finnish, Persian or Mediterranean

Choose your diet (omnivore, vegetarian, vegan, pescatarian), allergies, cuisine, meals per day and budget. Suggestions include portions in grams and household measures, plus macros.

  • Quark and oats, or sangak bread and cheese
  • Allergies and intolerances respected
  • Guidance, not medical advice

Questions and answers

Do I have to log everything I eat?

No. SimuFit’s nutrition mode gives you targets and meal suggestions, but it isn’t a food diary. You can track body weight, which is used to adjust your targets.

How much protein do I need?

For most people building muscle, about 1.6–2.2 g per kg of body weight per day is enough. SimuFit calculates your target from your profile. Read more in our protein guide.

Is nutrition mode suitable if I have a medical condition?

Nutrition mode is general guidance for healthy adults. If you have kidney disease, diabetes or an eating disorder, for example, talk to a doctor or dietitian about your diet.
